HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A WEBSITE?
From the beginning of your project we will work to determine a timeline that is achievable based on your requirements. We will keep in regular contact to keep you updated and give you early notice of any issues which could affect the timeline. A website for a small business will be complete within 4-8 weeks.
HOW DO YOU BUILD MY WEBSITE?
We design your website from the ground up using a number of software tools from photoshop to premiere pro. We then use a mixture of hosted & self-hosted CMS (content management systems) of Shopify & WordPress.
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE THROUGHOUT THE WEBSITE BUILD?
Before we begin working together we'll have a series of inital calls via phone or video. After this point most communication will be via e-mail. This allows us to keep a central thread of information which we have found speeds up the time taken to build your website!
I DON'T WANT TO MANAGE THE WEBSITE AT ALL. CAN YOU DO IT FOR ME?
Yes! We offer a website maintenance package ranging from 1 hour to 10 hours per month. This can involve thinsg such as updating website banners, adding new products & blogs.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
This will vary depending on your build however you will be sent a document to fill out important details such as: social media links, logo & branding colours.
WHAT IS WEB HOSTING?
Web hosting allow's the files that comprise of a website such as code and images available to view online. Included within our package deals is the cost of web hosting which is stored on our cloud servers.
WHAT IS A DOMAIN NAME?
A domain name is the stand in name that replaces your IP address allowing users to easily remember and search for your website. We can assist you in the purchase of a domain name from any one of our verified domain registrars.
